We recently completed a major kitchen renovation with Top Builder, and the results are absolutely stunning! Our kitchen needed an update, but we also had a vision of opening up the space by removing two walls to create a more modern, flowing kitchen and living area. This was a significant undertaking that required a structural engineer, installation of a large steel beam for support and reinforcement in the basement footers. We remodeled close to 4,000 sqft, full kitchen gut, new built-ins for dining room and family room, removed walls, raised the sunken living room floor whole house hardwoods, custom designed iron stair railings, and four custom bathroom remodels. They provided high quality CAD renderings and work with my wife and me to refine and finalize the plans quickly.
