Cheshire has provided installations, routine maintenance and repairs for us since 1999. Three different homes during that time. Always good service from pleasant office and field personnel. Just today I recommended them to another member of our community.

Cheshire HVAC has been our go to team for our heating and air. When it was time to replace the system Shawn provided a fast and reasonable estimate with several choices of systems and prices. On the day of installation Trey and his partner were on time and did a quick and professional job even on a day of rain. Highly recommended!

I’ve never posted a review, but then again I’ve never experienced such incompetence. Sheet metal screws were used to connect various AC parts were driven into my filter compartment then telling me it’s factory Recommendation so they put in a smaller filter, because of the screws interference, that did not cover or filter the air. Ductwork twisted zigzagging to no end. My neighbors got A/C put in that was exceptional in comparison. Vents, the size of the bathroom vent, to condition an area five times as big. I was so excited to have it done. I did not analyze. Later I realized what a bad job they did. They came back with a long screwdriver and smashed the screws aside to fit The proper size filter. Josh Horn was prompt and professional for our bi annual maintenance. He was very helpful in answering questions and providing requested advice. We’ve been using Cheshire Services since 2020 and always had good experiences.

So glad to have Josh and the team taking such good care of our HVAC systems. Having a vacation cabin 500 miles away from home can be worrisome. Knowing that Cheshire is there at a moment’s notice to solve any problems sure relieves my stress. Highly recommend Josh and his team.
