Chestnut Street Garage - Lot #138

I have 0 clue why anyone would get a night pass here. I’ve had one and have been charged 30$ extra to park here twice at night for arriving 15 minutes early and leaving 10 minutes late. Absolutely ridiculous & the camera doesn’t read my plate half the time No one answers my calls either

Great staff, sort of nice looking outside, horrible lane design. Why would they go both directions? The suburban People dont know how to drive and swing the corner super fast and almost hit you every single time. A bunch of entitled white collared men with their gigantic trucks take up 2 spots when they park, and seem to not obey any lane

Beware of parking police camping out behind your car for an opportunity to give you a bogus ticket. Received a parking ticket 2 minutes after I parked my car. Not only do I have to pay the ticket from a refused dispute, but I got told I won't be reimbursed for the parking I paid for. Complete trash. Never parking here again.

Do not go to West Chester and try to find a parking meter, just go to this garage or one of the other parking decks. Centrally located, easy to get to wherever you need to if you are going downtown, and you don't have to worry about pulling out into traffic like you do when you park on the street.

Great location, reasonably priced, clean and safe.
