Great service and all the keys are working. I went to a retailer hardware before, and they could not make duplicates of those keys, but Chet's Lock and Key did it! Thank you

I live in a hundred year old home and suddenly couldn’t get the front door to open from the outside. When I called they said they would be able to get someone out soon but they additionally walked through what was wrong over the phone. In doing this thorough information gathering they sussed out what the problem was easily and helped me fix it myself over the phone free of charge! I will absolutely be contacting them in the future and am grateful that they were so honest, helpful, and kind when they could’ve easily taken advantage of my ignorance.

Was having trouble with my front door’s deadbolt, so I removed it and brought it into the shop. They quickly fixed the issue and it was simple enough, they did it free of charge. Friendly, welcoming staff who are obviously knowledgeable. Thank, guys!
