Javier was able to squeeze me in last second when my dryer stopped working. He diagnosed the problems quickly and explained exactly what was going on, how much each part would cost, and what the total would be. There was no hidden fees (which I've had with other companies!). After grabbing the needed parts, he had it up and running in no time. Overall great service - he was friendly, knowledgeable and had great communication!

Javier and his brother were great. Dryer was repaired in less than 20 minutes. Appointment scheduling to billing/payment was super simple and efficient. Would highly recommend for appliance repair/maintenance.

10/10 Service! Javier was super communicative via text and helped me find the right part for him to install which helped save time and money! While he was replacing the washing machine gasket, he walked me through the process and encouraged me to ask questions. I learned a lot about these machines and how to maintain them for the future. I highly recommend him or his brother if you have questions about your appliances!

Omar and Javier are great! Honest and professional, with timely and clear communication. Javier came out most recently to fix a couple of ovens in my building. I really appreciated how he explained what was causing the issues and how to address minor symptoms on my own in the future.

Great service with some exceptional folks. Have had these guys come out a couple times to service various appliances and they are very thorough and do a great job. Some of the nicest people you will meet, highly recommend for all major appliance repairs.
