When our Maytag dryer starting making a horrible squeaking noise, we googled looking for service. Found Stanley's within a few minutes of searching due to favorable reviews and called them. They answered right away, listened, and understood the problem. Just based on the description, they figured out the most likely problem and the part that would needed (and they were correct). They, then, asked for 10 minutes to call us back so they could confirm that they could get the part needed. They called back quickly and said they had the part available and setup a time to come out and do the service the next morning. Their COVID process was excellent and respectful. They came and did the service in about an hour. They did a great job, replaced the part, and made sure all was working prope

They were excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable. I got an appointment in less than 24 hrs. from my call. The repair on my old washing machine was as quick and efficient as well as fairly priced. I would definitely use them again.

My whirlpool dishwasher started leaking due to the fill valve going bad, and the washer slowly filling w/water and overflowing when not in use. The tech came the next day, was friendly and professional, and was able to repair the dishwasher with a part he already had on his truck. I've had multiple dishwashers fail over the years, and I've never had one go from broken to working in less than 24 hours until now. I'm incredibly happy with Stanley's, and I would use them again.

Called this morning, got an immediate call back. Very nice on the phone; they are trying to do some diagnosis over the phone to help avoid service calls but it was a gas stove issue. Had someone out to fix my stove not even 2 hours later. The serviceman was great. Super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes with a new part with a one year warranty. I appreciated that they are still making service calls with what's going on. First time using this company, would definitely do so again.

I wish I could have used this business. I called today for a repair for a stack dryer at my business and, although they weren't able to do the service due to the my constraints, I was given EXCELLENT advice, a verbal assessment that will hopefully save me from purchasing a new stack set and a referral to another vendor that will hopefully be able to handle this. But, the next time I have a personal appliance issue I would not hesitate to call Stanley's. Honesty and integrity are traits I value.
