Y'all have been working on the pipes for two months now. Y'all work A day or two and take multi week breaks. The water is inconsistent & y'all damaged the lawn. How CWM started on the pipes months ago and there's still a hole in the ground. All because of what happened at that hospital. Okay.

One of their drivers driving van WC2313 almost hit me in a cross walk. When I pointed out to her it was the law to stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk, she yelled at me.

INCOMPETENT. Every single person I spoke to was a complete waste of my time. I kept getting passed around from one water department to the next and back again. Two weeks of having to call daily in order to get an answer that was finally resolved *in a 1 minute conversation* only to be told the first available appointment was TWO WEEKS from today. These dumber than dumb people have now pushed my entire project back weeks because they’re lazy and could care less about actually being knowledgeable about their job. A complete embarrassment.

The crew that came out tonight was AMAZING. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. They put several hours into fixing the water pipes in cold weather. Big thanks to them!! I love them guys fr. They just saved me a headache in finding a new place to stay
