Their technicians don't know how to properly install a furnace nor do they know how to accurately determine what size furnace should be installed based on the square footage of a building. I had a 20 year old furnace fail and hired this company to install a new one. After the new furnace was installed and issues were still present I was told the airflow wasn't adequate enough and I would need to redo the ventilation system in the home. However, before I agreed to something like that I hired 3 other companies to get their opinion and every one of the companies said it's not a ventilation issue. The furnace was oversized for the unit and shouldn't have been installed. Thankfully, one of those companies was able to readjust the furnace to reduce it's output so it would run without any issue
