They showed incredible attention to detail, handling every item with care and precision. What really stood out was their professionalism and respect, not just toward me and my home, but also toward the other residents in the building. They were incredibly mindful of noise, hallway space, and timing, which made the move smooth for everyone involved. Their communication was clear, their pace efficient, and their attitudes stayed positive the entire time. 2nd time working with Marathon Movers, and they never disappoint. Andre, Robert and Victor were awesome! I thought my move would take at least 4 hours since it was a third-floor walk-up, but they knocked it out in 2.5 hours. They were super clean, careful, and wrapped everything up. Today was my moving day. A day I was dreading for months. I have had some bad experiences with moving companies in the past si its hard to know who to trust... that in mind, my search began. I didn't have to look far. Marathon Movers had come highly recommended by people I trust. This company has highly highly exceeded any expectations I originally had. Nelson, Rob, Gio, and Riff were my moving crew, and that's exactly what they did... they were movin' and groovin' the entire time. They were a really fantastic group of guys. Everything was done professionally and organized. They took extreme care with all of my belongings, especially several very heavy, very old family heirlooms that are absolutely priceless. Marathon movers has been my go-to guys for my last 4 moves!! From start to finish, Jerry and Chris are professional, punctual, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. They handled everything with efficiency and made what could have been a stressful day feel seamless and easy. I always request Jerry and Chris if they’re available. They are both so friendly, respectful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the way they treated my things as if they were their own. Moving is never fun, but these movers truly made it stress-free. I used Chicago Marathon Movers to move apartments at the beginning of September. They were very professional at every step from the phone call to make the reservation all the way through to the move in. They also stored my stuff overnight between move out and move in at a very affordable rate. Pie and Alec did an amazing job with the actual moves. They had to work on a busy street with no alleys on a holiday weekend and still got everything done quickly and went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again!
