I called Chicago Permit in desperate need of help after waiting 7 months trying to get my permits approve. I was having a very bad time with the city and the permit expediter I was using was completely useless. Sophia and her team is by far the best. I am a contractor but I do mostly work in a suburbs and we had a complete build out in Chicago. I am not used to the permit process the whole nine yards with the city. She literally took me by the hand and took care of everything for me. There were delays not on her part but on the city parts so she was so kind enough to take time out of her day and explain to my clients who hired me with delays and what's going on she even went above and beyond and kept everybody informed. Her team is phenomenal everyone that works there is great I would highly recommend those services to anybody looking to get things done in Chicago that requires a permit Highly recommended
