Chicago Premier Roofing

I called Chicago premier roofing company to provide a estimate for my mom. She had a roof issue. Frankie came out the same day we called and he provided a free estimate and we hired him because my mom really liked him. He came out the next day with his team he did a great job they clean after the job was done. We had a very good experience with him, and I will recommend him to our friends and family.

Called Chicago Premier to do my roof on short notice. Frankie, was accommodating of my situation and had his workers start as prompt as possible. Workers did a good job a were very courteous. Very happy with roof, work and service.

Frankie and his team were incredible. They were fair, reliable and responsive. They replaced my mother’s roof which was in really bad condition. I live out of town and was so impressed with how he kept me up to date with pictures. He answered all my questions and concerns and at the end helped my 90-year old mom take a look at the final product from the outside. I’ve already recommended him to a few friends. You can’t get any better than Frankie and his team. Honest and responsive! Thank you so much Frankie!

UPDATE: It’s been several years now and I need a new roof at another property and it reminded me of Frankie and the last time I worked with a roofer, and how awful it was so here I am. In case anyone was wondering no he never made anything right and has continued to dodge us and our lawyer for years, as well as claiming the HOA was lying and I was pretending to be my neighbor. Newsflash there were 3 units at the property so 3 owners who were equally pissed. We are not the same person. Still use at your own risk. ORIGINAL: If I could give them negative stars, I would. Frank was detailed and showed pictures and videos of the work to keep me updated on everything. He was really nice and has a sense of humor lol. He answered any questions I had. The work is perfect. I had a leaking roof every time it rained and now theres no issues at all. I also have a 10 yr warranty with them so that eliminates having to call someone if there should ever be an issue.
