Chicago Roof Deck and Garden

We are beyond happy with the work done by Chicago Roof Deck and Garden. Several years ago we had a pergola and planters put by Chicago Roof Deck and we absolutely love the what they did with the space. It was time for an update! Mary was very efficient and responsive in scheduling the work. Daniel and Josef did an absolutely outstanding job updating our pergola and planters. They carefully sanding off all the old, worn stain and then repainted everything with exceptional attention to detail. Their skill and craftsmanship truly show in the finished work - the pergola and planters look completely new!

After extensive research, they were the most professional and organized company we interviewed for the job (and we met with 5+ contractors in the city). Special thanks to Jake and the design team who provided amazing renderings and walked my wife and me through our many questions. Jake also suggested the awesome grey and white color for the Struxture system which really makes them stand out from the competition (it wasn't black only which makes the area very, very dark). We worked with Jake on the design process for our 800 sq ft terrace. It was a raw space and Jake was able to take our limited vision and design a beautiful outdoor space for our family that included planters, an outdoor fireplace and TV. The process seamlessly transitioned to the construction phase and we were very pleased with the quality of work and timing. These guys are great. Very happy with the experience.

Recently had roof done they walked me thru the insurance process they were patient with my insurance company installers were professional and speedy cleaned up after the job we had bad storm come thru 2days after they came right replaced new shingles I would recommend them to anyone
