Chicago Windows Solutions were wonderful to work with. They were very thorough in explaining the product features as well as the installation process. All my questions were fully answered. Every step of the way went very smoothly, and the work was done with excellence. I'm extremely happy with my new windows and highly recommend CWS. Kudos to Andy and the team!

The installers were on-time and explained the repair and installation work they performed and the door features. Their attention to detail of the installation was excellent. The sliding glass door and installation price was much more reasonable than other brand name installers and doors. I was amazed at the difference the new door made to the appearance of our kitchen. We keep talking about the appearance and how clear the view is through the glass, even with the screen in place.

Very good company to hire! We had 4 companies come out to give estimates, and we chose CWS because of their attention to detail and their knowledge behind choosing the products that they use. Their pricing was competitive too. They were constantly communicating through the process, from start to finish, and not just Gary the "salesman", but the installers kept in close communication too. Again, great attention to detail!! They replaced one (large) window for now, but we will definitely have them back to replace the remaining windows on the house, in the near future.

Garry was great to deal with when we ordered windows and they actually came in weeks ahead of schedule and installed quickly. Very responsive to texts. Windows are awesome and made such an improvement in the looks and temp in the house, no more drafty windows. We will be coming back when we need windows.
