Patrick and Danny did a fantastic job rep replacing a copper pipe and they went above and beyond replacing connecting pipes that would’ve been problematic for us. They were very punctual, they were very responsive. They are so experienced and they’re not trying to upsell any services. They were lifesaver since we were having all kinds of clogging issues with the pipe and they resolve the issue within a day! I highly recommend them!

I needed to have outdoor faucet replaced ( accessed from basement ) and kitchen drain rodded. Received the most ridiculous quote from another plumbing company so I called Lorenz after reading reviews that seemed like they were from real customers. Gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone/msg which matched what I had in mind the job would cost. He was able to fit me in the same day. Chris was the plumber that came out. Our project was to move move our utility sink (and thus the plumbing) and stack our washer and dryer so as to make better use of the limited space we had in our laundry room. Patrick was responsive in getting back to me to discuss the project. One of the things I appreciated most was how he wasn't pushy at all yet provided me many suggestions on how best to proceed.
