We are a small townhome HOA located in Lombard and recently completed a long-awaited siding replacement project on our two buildings—a project that had been on the books for several years. After extensive research and competitive bidding, we chose Chicagoland Exteriors Construction Co. in Lombard for the job. Working with Jake Layden, our sales representative, and Javier, our project manager, far exceeded our expectations. Both were incredibly professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative from start to finish. The crew arrived on time every day and worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk. I met with Javier at the end of each workday to walk the property, review progress, and discuss plans for the next day. Their daily cleanup was meticulous—no damage occurred to anyone’s property

Chicagoland Exteriors recently replaced my roof, siding, gutters and a window. I was extremely impressed from start to finish! Everyone was professional, friendly, they answered my questions promptly and their explanations made sense. The process was smooth and the quality of their work can't be beat. They also did a great job with protecting my landscaping and with clean up. Javier was a great project manager for the siding. He made sure that I was happy with everything. Jake and the entire team did a fantastic job! They handled everything with state farm on replacing my roof and even adding insulation into a void above my kitchen that successfully stopped cold air coming in through the cabinets and wall. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them to replace my siding and windows for the next step on updating my home. Best part is this place has been there in a brick and mortar location as long as I can remember so it's not a fly by night company

Chicagoland Exteriors deserves 10 stars. I have never had better service from a company Hands down the best. I called them for hail damage on my moms home and my own home. Gianna is a gem to talk to. She sent me to Jake who over saw both projects. He is a fantastic communicator and made the whole process stress free. He handled everything with our insurance company. I did absolutely nothing. I was so appreciative. Shout out to John, Javier, Sean and all the crew. So efficient, timely and respective of our property. They did a great job cleaning up and always going the extra mile to make sure we were happy and satisfied. A job well done 👏
