Unfortunately I've never left a negative review like this before, but I was dealt with in such a rude manner that I thought I must respond. On Monday I called up and spoke to requesting a residential review of water drainage issues in my backyard. I was toldItold would receive a call within an hour or two from an estimator. I never received a call back and so I called back on Wednesday morning. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. And then called back about 5 minutes later and was connected to a gentleman there. He was very abrupt with me and told me they didn't do residential work at all! He then asked if I would like a reference to a residential company. I began my answer kindly telling him I've now lost 3 days with a weekend deadline only to find out that they couldn't
