Did a great job installing and everything went smoothly. Also they (the technicians Brandon Whitis and Jacob Rickard) explained to me all that was done and really cleaned up well. My ac is working great and just in time.

Very prompt, professional service. Right from my first call to Chilly Ben’s, my list of concerns was well documented, and my Technician Dave was dispatched within 48 hrs. of my service call. My technician shows up on time and ready to work. Parts needed to be ordered for one of units, otherwise both units would have been serviced and cleaned on their first initial visit. Parts were ordered, received and installed two days later. Extremely satisfied with my transaction with this company!! I will definitely be doing business with Chilly Ben’s in the future.

Joshua came to my house several times, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He maintenance my indoor and outdoor unit and double checked to make sure everything was running perfectly while educating me on tre upcoming ice storm. 10/10 recommend.
