So far they have installed a new HVAC at our old house, an entire new system at my parents and today fixed our old unit at the new house. They are quick to answer their phones early. Came out in sweltering heat to fix HVAC system. Fast service, friendly, competent and reasonable. I have used their services at two different homes. Whether new or old systems, I highly recommend them.

Our thermostat was not performing correctly due to our house remodel where the contractor had to remove the thermostat from the wall in order to remodel that part of the house. We called Turneys in the middle of holiday week with bad weather and tornados and despite them being super busy, the owner Mark got on the phone and spent half an hour walking us through re-programming the dual fuel thermostat so that it functioned properly. What patience he had! We want to highly recommend Turneys for all heating or cooling work no matter if you’re an older customer, they will treat you like gold!
