Chim, Chim, Cher-ee Professional Chimney Sweeps

Jake is a very professional, amazing knowledgeable young man. He was initially at our home in September to inspect our chimney. After inspection it was brought to our attention that we’d need to have a fireplace insert installed as our home is over 50 years old and wasn’t up to current code. They gave us options and set up appointment for install today. Jake and the entire team was very professional and efficient. We are so very pleased with their work and excited to have a working wood burning fireplace. The office staff is beyond professional and amazing as well! We highly recommend Chim Cheroo!

Called in and talked to receptionist. Said they were booked up till the end of the year. I explained that we just bought a house and apologized for calling so late to book and asked for a referral. Instead she just hung up on me. Not professional service at least. Coming from a customer service background this is not acceptable and I do not see myself ever calling them again and will make sure to share my rude experience with friends who are contractors and my wife who works for Keller Williams Realty.

Initial call with schedule setup was perfect. Schedule for tomorrow. We have had this company service our fireplace in the past. Always have been responsive and provide excellent service.

I had this company for a few years but have tried many times to contact them to clean and repair chimney and they don’t return calls. Had great service before!
