I was looking forward to working with Forest City Tree. However, I haven’t even received an estimate to do so. I booked an early morning appointment, and the estimator was significantly late. I had communicated when booking that as my property has 5+ acres, I intended to use the full hour I paid for, but that did not occur. No notes were taken as we walked, but was told I would receive an estimate the next day. That was two weeks ago, and I never received an estimate. I called Tuesday in case there was a mistake. No. No estimate, and they’re behind. Understandable, however this goes against what was communicated to me.
