Fantastic company! Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the entire process felt smooth and professional. We had new glass doors installed and Tommy, truly went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and was on time which is a huge plus, and was very respectful of our home and our dog. His workmanship was top tier and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. Sidney was also wonderful to work with she kept my wife and I informed on when our order came in and got us scheduled and let us ask any questions we had. Everything was easy from start to finish and not only met but exceeded my expectations. When I called in the wonder lady who answered the phone was kind and heard me out, I had been burned by another local company and I will admit I vented a bit. She was compassionate about my situation and scheduled me for today. The sweep that came to my home was Chris, he’s awesome and super friendly as well as knowledgeable, and very thorough which I needed. If I could give Chimney Sweeps Inc 10 stars, I would! Nick the sweep came out and absolutely crushed it. This man didn’t just clean our chimney — he treated it like a sacred artifact. 😂 but for reals though, he was very thorough, mindful and to the point. He was also on time, super professional, and somehow made chimney sweeping… entertaining?? No lie, He was a blast, had a great personality actually showed us how to properly maintain our chimney which was really cool of him. Also the prices were great. Others were quoting me much higher for a cleaning. Not only did I get a good deal but they give you a copy of the full report of they chimney at the end so you know whats going on with it.
