I had an excellent experience with this moving company. From the first call to the final delivery, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with my belongings. They showed up on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made sure everything was well-protected and placed exactly where I wanted in my new home. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process was stress-free, and the pricing was transparent with no surprises. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. Michael & Judi were great to work with!

I use Chipman Logistics Exclusively for our Final Mile Delivery projects in the Portland market. Our national Roll Out programs required 2 person, white glove, debris removal, time specific services and this Chipman agency never fails. From Judi Whiteman's fast communications and set up, to Michael Northern and Joel Carrillo's planning and dispatch execution. We never have a thing to worry about up there.

Blown away by our experience. We were very nervous about shipping and packing our items across country. Alex and his team were professional, respectful, and communicative. I don’t think anyone could have packed our belongings better than this team! Michelle (move coordinator supervisor) made sure everything went smoothly and communicated the entire process. I had a great experience with Chipman to relocate my apartment from Michigan to Washington state in the middle of Winter. I was able to do the pick up process from out of town with a designated person there to approve. Michelle was fantastic. She helped via phone, text, and email to keep me up to date and informed during the whole process. Driver Jason was very helpful during the arrival and receiving process. He went above and beyond his roles and duties to make my move smooth and easy. The only finger I lifted was to sign the papers. I would use this team from Chipman again and highly recommend (and appreciate) Michelle and Driver Jason. Thanks to them I get to enjoy all of the items that were safely delivered.

We had Chipman pack, load, move, and unload our household. Michelle was our Chipman contact, and answered all of my questions ahead of time, and gave me contact info in case there were issues day-of (there were none!). She even called during multiple parts of the move to check-in. Akiba was the lead in both locations. I am AMAZED at his work. He called me ahead of time to go over everything, and was wonderful at communication throughout the move. He was thorough, kind, patient, and did a great job leading the teams. Both teams were efficient, respectful, and everything was packed beautifully; not one item got broken! I can hardly believe they packed, loaded, moved and unloaded everything in 3 days. Start to finish, I had not one complaint about any part of the process. Absolutely thrilled
