Wow that was worth it! Amazing service and made our move from San Diego to Boston so smooth. They were so easy to get in contact with-always- and the actual movers they contract with in both the origin and destination spots were amazing as well. Everyone at every step was so direct, clear and easy to communicate with which is so rare in a moving company. We had one item go missing and they reimbursed us immediately and that was a super easy process too. Would recommend them to anyone anywhere.

I would not trust Chipman with your goods. Our boxes arrived full of ants inside and now we are facing a bug infestation in our new home. We've had to hire an exterminator and treatment will take months to complete. It has been a nightmare. Makes you wonder about the conditions of their warehouse or distribution center. I would not trust them with my belongings ever again, a true nightmare. For the price (~$13,000 for a 2 bedroom house), I expect much more. At the very least our stuff isn't broken and arrived in one piece.

If I could give 10 stars to this amazing moving company, I would. From meeting Ryan and obtaining a quote and answering all my questions, to Mistee's help organizing things in the office to Scott and his team on the day of- they ensured my move was stress free and enjoyable. Moving states with a full house and three young children can be incredibly challenging BUT I chose the right company to take my fears away. This team was HONEST, reliable with all of my valuables and furniture, communicative [I knew exactly where my stuff was at all times], and they arrived way before promised. I was blown away with their service and I will reccomend them all day long!
