Terry is a great inspector. He showed up on time, and was already taking exterior photos as he was walking up. Terry was polite, kind, and treated us with respect during the Inspection. He really identified items we would need to fix to sell our home, and pointed out everywhere that was a defect. Terry's Inspection Report was easy to read, had detailed photos, and was very detailed. This is the second time we've worked with Terry on a Home Inspection, and we will keep him in mind for any we do in the Chippewa Valley! Terry's fee was quite reasonable, too!

I purchased a home a couple months ago and Terry came highly recommended by my realtor. I set up an appointment and met him at the house later for that inspection. I was very happy with how thorough he was. He pointed out some things I needed to be aware of and should become familiar with. I later received his report of his findings. It was 11 pages that explained in depth. It also helped put my mind at ease. This is the guy you want for your home inspection, and I highly recommend him.

Terry Elliott did a meticulous job of accomplishing the structural examination of my home. He was very congenial and respectful in his transfer of meaningful findings. I felt that his home inspection was thorough. He gave me information that clearly indicated he did’t overlook any important features. He certainly was well aware of building codes, and investigated all he could while avoiding undue structural aggression. Above all, I know that Terry will give his clients a very honest home inspection/evaluation, because that’s who he is! I highly recommend his work.
