The Irra-Gator guys came to blow out our system for the winter season. They have excellent communication as to what day and approximate time they’ll be there. They’re fast, efficient, friendly, and they even remove their shoes before heading to the basement. They even offered to move a heavy box that had just been delivered! We love our irrigation system and Irra-Gator! 💦

So glad I found Irra-Gator🤩 I had an emergency and the sun was baking my lawn. Amy responded to my call within minutes, sent Ryan to save the day. Friendly, informative, really expedient in and out , and got the job done! Would recommend HIGHLY!

Called last week to make an appointment to have underground sprinkler line that was cut, butt spliced. I was told tech would be there between 10 and 10:30 A.M today. I was not called to be informed they were going to be late. I called at 12:18 asking why the tech. was not onsite. No apology given, but an explanation that 10 to 10:30 was an estimate of arrival. They told me tech would be there 10 mins. after call. Tech. finally arrived at 1:15 P.M., an hour after I spoke with them. Not a way to run a business. They lost mine.

They were winterizing a neighbors house and I chatted with a nice gent and he hopped across the street to do mine. Great experience. Very fair price. Edit: I had initially enjoyed a positive experience during the initial phase of my transaction with Irra-Gator. However, I was disappointed to discover that the winterization process was not executed properly. As a result, a copper pipe connected to my house burst, and I had to enlist the services of a plumber to rectify the issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, as human error is unavoidable. Nonetheless, what concerned me the most was the lack of response after I left them a message regarding the incident. I strongly believe in supporting businesses that take responsibility for their mistakes.

Irra-gator did not install my system, another larger irrigation company in the area did. Problem with the bigger company...poor service. I was introduced to Kelly and Amy by my plumber. We were in a bind with our system down and it was going to be 4 weeks before it was going to be serviced. We had just planted over a thousand plants on our hillside garden and they were going to die long before our system would be fixed. Kelly came out two days after we called and saved the day. They have proven to be quite reliable and timely, not to say less expensive also. Glad we met them.
