I cannot say enough good about Chipps. This is the fourth time that we have used their services. This time was 11:00 on a Sunday morning. Toilet shut off valve had a bad leak that just kept getting worse.We decided to call Chipps (remember this is 11:00 on a Sunday morning) and we left a message. About a half hour later we got a call back and was told Mitch could be there in about an hour. And he was. He fixed our issue and I couldn’t be happier. Every time that we have called them, they have been prompt, professional and great customer service. So hard to find a company these days that care and that are this committed to their customers. Thank you Chipps! You are much appreciated!

THE FUTURE, AND THAT DEFINITELY WILL HAPPEN, Please remember my name. It is Steve. And I never received the invoice for the work done, like I asked. They said they would send me one in the mail..... I will call you guys about my furnace and A/C unit for maintenance later on in the year.

I called CRS on Wednesday, January 28th and spoke to Matt about my ruptured hot water tank. I then texted him pictures of the defective hot water tank. After viewing the pictures, Matt informed me that he would have a crew at my house between 10 and noon the following day to replace the hot water tank. On Tuesday, January 29th at 11AM, Mitch and Shane showed up at my house with a new hot water tank and all of the necessary equipment to complete the installation. They completed the removal of the old hot water tank and installed the new tank in approximately 2 hours. So in less than 18 hours I had hot water restored in my house. That is what I call fast and outstanding service. I would highly recommend CRS for any of your plumbing needs.

I called Chipps about replacing my water heater and installing an expansion tank with it. Getting an estimate was easy and prompt. Everyone involved was super friendly, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. The guys made sure everything was done right and tightened up before they left. The price was fair.

Great communication! Called and explained what needed done and scheduled an appointment for an engineer to come out. Engineer that arrived was very familiar with the work needing done and explained in detail how they would proceed. He scheduled the work, crew showed up and had every thing completed in two days! Invoicing was quick and easy to pay online! Definitely plan on using them again with my other rental properties!
