Bryan was tremendous. Polite and very knowledgeable. Inability to speak to a human when I called was very frustrating. AI tool that Sears uses must have been purchased from Mac.bid without the warranty because it was less than helpful.
Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Took over a month just for them to fix my washer and kept repeatedly ordering parts. The timeframe to get this done is honestly ridiculous l.
Great customer service. They made this nightmare quick and painless. The communication on the process was top notch.
My tech was here first thing of the day and had my washer repaired in a matter of a few minutes. He was extremely respectful and gracious upon doing his job and cleaning up afterwards.
He at least showed up and did some work where the other two scheduled technicians never showed up
