Chip's Carpet And More

Chips is great! They are very knowledgeable and very nice. They replaced our bathroom and I could not be happier with the results. They are coming back to put new carpet in and I can’t wait! I would recommend Chips to anyone! Best job ever!

If I could give then 0 stars I would. My wife called on Friday morning and spoke to the woman that answered and was told they were open until 6:30 pm (as shown on google). My wife explained we would be traveling from 3 hours away to look at carpet and vinyl plank options for our camp. We left work early and arrived at 5:40 pm only to find the place locked up. Wrote them an email with a phone number to make arrangements to stop by on Sunday on the return trip which they abruptly declined. Glad I discovered their work ethic and customer service before I spent a dime. How can someone who answers the phone not know the hours of their business. And if a mistake was made they could have reached out as everyone has caller ID. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

We are over the moon in love with our new bathroom shower tile and flooring thanks to Kyle at Chip's!!!! They did an amazing job right from the start to the finish! Kyle is an artist with his tiling skill and he works accurately and fast! Do not look any further if you are looking for honest, professional and knowledgeable craftsmanship. This is the second job chips have done for me, and I can't say enough about how they are willing to do whatever they can to help their customers (including today cutting a large tree out of my driveway!)
