I needed Barefoot Pellets for my Pellet stove and Will went out of his way to order and store them for me. He was able to secure 23 pound bags for me, as I am elderly and have a hard time lifting at 40 pound bag. I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received at his place of business and will continue to order from him next year.

Been there once to get a part he was very condescending and just said I needed a contractor. First of all it’s not his business. Secondly I have repaired my heater before along with rebuilding my furnace twice when it was flooded. Just because I am a DIY female doesn’t give him the right to be condescending. Foolishly I called today to get a part and he informed me that wasn’t the problem. ??? I wasn’t aware he had been in my home and troubleshooted my furnace. Problem was that he was wrong, my furnace already had the part he said it was replaced and when I stated that and I said what I wanted he said I was wrong and told me to hire a contractor. I guess he forgot that he is selling parts. I hung up and ordered the part off the Internet. I guess he showed me. 🤦‍♀️

I have been a customer for many decades. I am glad that Will purchased the business from Mike when Mike retired. Will has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Better quality, selection and service than any big box store.

Was very friendly and helpful to a lady that wanted to do a diy fix lol! That goes a long way. It worked out perfect! Didn't realize everything they sold, so I will definitely be back for future needs. Thank you!!!! 😊

Having been a plumbing and heating proffessional for 40 years...not all problems can be addressed behind a sales counter. Eyes on the problem can be the only way. If the sales person refers you to a contractor, it is truly the only way... Any proffessional in any field would (should) no the difference. This business owner has proven himself for 23 years. His attitude is always out of respect for the customer. One bad review, which is obviously out of line should be ignored. A+++++++
