The technician Eric was equally impressively knowledgeable and able to explain the details concisely to a non professional. He was pleasant to work with and also highly professional and accommodating. He listened to my concerns, addressed them promptly, and ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. Had a bit of a scare when my toilet wouldn't flush prompting me to call. It was my first experience using Chivalry and I was very impressed! Not only did I get an appointment the same day, the plumbers who came were thorough, ensuring there wasnt a blockage. The cost was fair and I cam say i will be calling again if needed!

Right from when I called to make an appointment, everyone was a pleasure to speak too. Our technician Nick was on time, very knowledgeable and overall a great guy. He performed a yearly service for a tankless water heater as well looked over the system to make sure nothing was going to fail on us We would happily hire them to do it again. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this company. The two gentlemen that came out Anthony and Will, were very professional, informative and took the time to explain what was needed. They offered solutions and resolutions with regards to my situation They took the time and explained any concerns and answered a questions I had.I also appreciate before entering my home they covered their shoes throughout my inspection. I found them to be very reasonably (price wise) and trustworthy.
