Booked through SpotHero for $35. When I arrived at the place, the personel said that it's $55 because my Tesla Model Y is an oversized vehicle. I said I booked through the app (and the app shows my Model Y is standard size) and it was ok. When pick up, they say that I need to pay extra $25. I asked why, but the person kept telling me that there's nothing he can do - showing the computer screen only. I had no choice but paying the extra to pick my car. SpotHero customer team is investigating on this issue.

Wish I can give them a Zero star rating. I was told by the employee who took my car that he needs to charge me double rate because I am driving an expensive model Y. When I pick up my car, the other employees agreed that I shouldn't be charged for extra. They called the owner and show the owner through phone camera that my Y is not oversized but the owner said I have to pay the extra since it is in their computer. I won't be able to get my car back if I don't pay the extra. I see two problems here. I am not lucky to encounter a bad employee and owner of the garage is not a reasonable person. Stay away from this garage if you can.

Forced from the subway by the pandemic to travel by car from Westchester to my dentist in the Village, I was horrified to see almost every parking garage in the area vilified by reviewers as incompetent or extortionate. In my limited experience, this garage is very reasonably priced (by far!) and efficient -- no gratuitous insults or talk -- even though I must walk about half-a-mile further to my dentist's office. It is now my go-to garage if I must travel to the area.

The valets stole my apple AirPod max and gave them to his girlfriend in Queens. All they could say is “we don’t provide a warranty on missing items”. Watch out for these THIEVES!!

Waited 15 minutes outside the locked gate to enter to retrieve my car. No one was there. Called, heard the phone ringing, no answer. Worker finally showed up after 15 minutes, no apologies for why the gate was closed and why no one was available. Not great if I was in a rush or had an emergency. Definitely won't park here again.
