*******BEWARE OF THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY******** We just recently purchased a Brand New home Built by @DR Horton and apparently this is who they contract out with, Our house is 6 months old and have had to have the sprinklers adjusted because of lack of water coverage. or too much watering of concrete. My wife noticed a puddle in our lawn that turned into a sink hole in about 20 minutes. She quickly shut off the water to the system and called for repair. (Friday)They said they would come the following Tuesday to repair what looked like a faulty installation ( a poorly put together elbow joint) between 8-12. She was to told she had to be there for the repair (She had to catch a flight @ 1pm and ended up missing it) I called @ 12:45pm as no one showed up yet, and spoke with the receptionis

Terrible customer service and will try to overcharge you. Had a leak on the backflow preventer. They came out and said the whole thing was broken and had to be replaced. They wanted to charge close to $500. I said it's been less than a year and this should be under warranty. They claimed it was due to the freeze we had even though all precautions and steps were taken and one of their employees confirmed we did a great job and said the freeze wouldn't be an issue. We had turned off water to the sprinklers, wrapped with foam and large towels, removed water from the line and so on. I said I would fix this myself. I didn't look up the reviews until I got off the phone with the lady because it was didsapointing the lack of effort to help customers. Yesterday noticed that station 6 (backyard) would run the entire time and I dont think it was supposed to. So I did some trouble shooting. I changed station 6 to have 0:00 run time and it still ran and then I manually shut off pump 6 which I assumed was station 6 and I believe to be correct because the other stations still ran but the backyard station was still running so either theres something wrong with the controller or I didnt shut off the right thing. Since those options didn't work I thought I would call them and see if a tech had any advice or can let me know what I did wrong. I've had nothing but problems with these guys. It's been going on years. They come out and "fix" the system and it breaks again. I've had it. The water bills I've racked up because their system always leaks are exorbitant. Do not use these people or you will regret it.

I just moved into a new house a couple of months ago and my dog got into the box on in the backyard and chewed up a solenoid. It took a few weeks for them to get it fixed. I thought everything was fixed but my sprinkler system has yet come on. I called again and took them a few more weeks to come back out there. Again they said said the system was working. I work out of town and not home often but I can see through the cameras that my sprinkler was yet again not turning on. At this point my grass is dying out and really patchy. I called today and told them they need to send someone out here ASAP to fix my system since they told me it was working when it hasn’t been.
