For the past 5 years I have used Choice Heating and AC. Every time they come out, every technician has been exceptional and professional. They honor their maintenance contracts and never try to up charge on any services.
This is an excellent company with highly skilled and ethical technicians. We switched to them after our former service consistently tried to sell us unneeded “repairs” every time they checked our a/c and heating. Choice is the best company we have found for all our HVAC services.
Choice came out the same day I called. He was very cordial and focused on diagnosing what the issue was. He had what he needed to repair the air conditioning in his truck and was able to complete the repairs in the initial visit. I would highly recommend Choice.
Adam was our technician. Very prompt and friendly. Service was top notch! Third time we have used Choice and we’re about to use them again for a split unit install. Great company and well run!
