We recently hired CHR contractors (John) and his team to update our bathroom, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! They completed the project within our budget and truly brought our vision to life. John was reliable throughout the entire process, and his workers were incredibly polite and respectful. They kept the work area clean, which we really appreciated. The finished bathroom exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to transform their space!

I can't say enough good things about CHR. We worked with John and his team to renovate our condo in downtown Chicago. They did a fantastic job from the initial consultation to the end result. They refinished our pine softwood floors, which is quite challenging compared to hardwood floors, and did a phenomenal job! They gutted the kitchen and redid it from scratch and same for the bathrooms. They also installed some very intricate lighting that I had already purchased. John and his team were prompt, honest with pricing, and super fun to work with. I'll never use any other contractor in Chicagoland area. The results speak by themselves!!

CHR Contractors did an excellent job of rebuilding our deck. It was a big job as we needed a complete rebuild, foundation, posts, framing, decking, railing stairs and gate. (My deck is huge with a pool at the end of it) John was very easy to work with. We had a few delays because of the Village either making us adjust the plans or they just took so long to come out for the inspection. John went to the Village a few times to talk to them. Communication was great. He always let me know when he would be here and they were always on time. John and his crew were amazing. The guys were very polite and definitely hard working. We used CHR on our Elmhurst home for a second floor addition. They were at our house like clockwork at 7AM, 6 days a week for 3 months.
