I had an excellent experience with this company and Diane Williams deserves the credit. She was very informative and answered all my questions. The process was very simple and only took about 10 minutes of my time AND I was able to cut my electrical rate virtually in half. I would recommend using them to everyone I know.
Bought a whole house generator through Costco, which was sold by Integrity Energy Systems. The entire process from quotation, to sales, to permitting, to payment, to installation was professional and thorough. Highly competitive pricing as well. Would recommend to anyone considering a backup generator.
I use Integrity to maintain my generator. They keep track of the maintenance, remind me of when they are coming to my home, I don't need to be here, and the maintenance gets done. Then, I get an email that allows me to pay them. Simple, no headaches, great service. I highly recommend Integrity.
I'd like to give them more than 5 stars ! Great service; great communications & helpful answers to questions
Very good maintenance service, however the new billing has a $25 "convenience fee" to make an ACH payment online and also a $7.53 credit card processing fee!
