Called Chris Saturday Morning 08/21/21 came out within 1-2 hours and got me back up and running. To the people with the negative reviews do you homework on price. Of course we all hate spending money of service calls but Chris was reasonable and professional. Thanks again Chris! I appreciate the service.

First time having a furnace replaced - Chris was great- he came out right away and installed a new furnace for us (our 25+ yrs old furnace finally gave out). Chris was efficient, friendly, hard working and his price was very reasonable - I highly recommend him, and have already recommended him to close friends and family.

I feel a bit ripped off, yes the guys was prompt and did fix my furnace, but I was charged $85 for travel expenses to pick up the piece he didn't have with him, had he had MY circuit board I guess I wouldn't have been charged this, yeah me! And I specifically chose someone local too lol... Only $80 for labour, I can understand charging something for travel but $85 did seem incredibly excessive for what he said was a 20 mile trip, and didn't even take an hour, but I'm a single mom and obviously was in desperate need for the repair so he got me!

Chris could have overcharged but he didn't. Saved $2200.00 and met a good guy. Thanks! @ricky ricky I don't know what you're talking about? Chris has been charging the same average fee for years if it's still $85 and has been doing it for several years. What are you trying to tell us specifically? What were you overcharged for?

Its a Saturday Morning, 10 ish, and called for a service call. Since its a Saturday morning they wanted $209.00 just for the call, mind you they are driving 2.1 miles for this service call, and this doesn't apply to the parts needed to fix the problem. How would you rate them???? To me, this is a rip off.
