We were given Chris’s name from a friend. We had to go buy a water heater and he shows up after his last job. This was our second emergency of the day. He never mentioned what he charged. After getting the water heater from Lowe’s he finally showed up it was a straight forward install that Lowe’s said would be 320.00. After he installed he charged us 600 with no explanation other than that is my fee to install a water heater. Would not recommend unless he tells you upfront. We were shocked. After speaking the the business friend who used him they were shocked as well and said they will not recommend him to anyone else. We feel we were ripped off. Had I known I would have had Lowe’s do it.

Plumbing emergency Friday afternoon. Chris came within an hour. As it turned out, the problem was not ours but the park's and by this time they had called a worker to check it out. Chris stayed and there was no charge to us. Very impressed Chris! Thanks.

Chris was excellent! He is very busy but made time to replace my broken hot water heater . He was pleasant efficient and reasonable . I would highly recommend him.

Called Chris to get some info on a water heater issue, extremely knowledgeable, actually trying to save me money instead of just trying to upsell me on a new water heater. Highly recommend calling Chris for your plumbing needs. I will definitely be saving his number. 🙏👍😁

Chris was awesome!! He came out and didn’t stop until the problem was fixed. His prices are very reasonable! I’ll definitely be calling him again!
