Extremely professional, reasonably priced, and PROMPT communication with these guys!! LaRon, in particular, is an AMAZING asset to Chris's Property Services! He's SO personable,takes time to explain things to his customers! He's also extremely organized,thorough, & quick to respond to your needs and concerns as a customer! This company is an absolute pleasure to work with! They are sure to get the job done, and done right! This is the company you can trust to take care of you and your needs! I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

I used their handyman service to hang curtain rods (4 windows in different rooms), install a wire shelf, change the direction of a refrigerator door, and clean the a/c filters which were in a high ceiling. The man who came out was very nice, helpful & accommodating. He completed all required jobs within a 3 hour time period. He had to run back and forth to the local Home Depot a couple of times. It was a little pricey, but affordable. I will call them again if something comes up.

EXCELLENT experience! I cannot thank the crew at Cris's Property Services enough for their efforts in quickly measuring, fabricating and installing wrought iron railings and for installing new exterior shutters in time for my Closing. Every team member was friendly, professional, efficient and very good at getting things accomplished. (0/5 stars really) Terrible experience ranging from awful communication to failed repairs. Chris’s text messages are unreliable for timely replies and often time lacking needed description for situations being discussed requiring repeated unnecessary responses. Chris didn’t take beginning notes or safe contact information from the start and needed repeated reminders of phone numbers for myself and my tenant. His subcontractors were not competent in several fields including drywall repairs and roofing. Multiple attempts at making normal repairs to building materials standard in any home were not only difficult but ultimately impossible for them to complete successfully. A job that easily should have been completed in under a month was beginning in the summer of 2018 still isn’t resolved
