Chris’ Roofing and Remodeling recently completed removal of a 60 year old low slope tar and gravel roof on our home and installation of a standing seam metal roof. The ‘roof look’ is fantastic, waterproof and a perfect complement to our mid-century modern home. We used the company originally for substantial repairs in the past 20 years. Proposals for a new roof by other companies did not compare to the Chris’ Roofing approach. Chris and his son Jarrett (with decades of experience in roofing) took us through the pros and cons of materials that would work or not work on a low slope roof, meet building codes, with a reasonable price and timing for completion. Im glad to share my experience with this truly great company. Honestly the 2 most polite, professional, knowledgeable fair and humble guys . My project was a fairly lg flat roof, garage and separate home. There crew removed what was need to and replaced with a better product. The home drain system was not allowing the roof to drain completely causing problems. They put in new scuffers, collecting boxes and down spouts. Excellent job and even cleaning the job site. Chris Roofing was great. After inspection the inspector complemented there work.

Chris's Roofing has done several projects for The Academy Hotel. Most recently a new EDPM flat roof on one of our Buildings. They completed the project quickly and maintained a clean and orderly job site without disruption to our guests. Chris and his son Jarrett communicated often and actually finished the job early. Jarrett & Chris were both great to work with during our repair to a seam in the roof that had developed a leak in the flashing/siding. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, flexible & easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They were able to work our repair in amongst other jobs to help with scheduling which was really appreciated due to time constraints. The repair itself was efficiently & professionally done. Jarrett showed up when he said he would, took care of the repair & cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. He also did a great job of explaining & showing everything he did for the repair, as well as what to watch out for in the future to maintain it. Great team to work with & highly reccommend for no-nonsense local repairs!

these guys rock. Chris and his son Jarrett and their crew are very professional. i got several quotes and they were all about the same, but i liked them best. old school roofers who've been working around here for decades. i got a 100 year old house on the westside with a steep roof. days are shorter and weather threatening but they knocked it out before the rain. good communication and thorough cleanup. thanks again.
