I originally called because the heat in my home wasn’t working. I was told a technician would come out that day, so I waited two hours. Then I received another call—this time from a different employee—asking me the exact same questions I’d answered earlier. When I asked whether the technician was still coming, she wasn’t able to tell me and said her supervisor would call me. A few minutes later, I received a call informing me that their “normal” price of $139 would now be $300 because it was considered after hours.
