Christian Plumbing

We just bought a house and the sellers used this company through the 2-10 warranty. They replaced some old pipes before we moved in. When we moved in, we found that Christian plumbing made several mistakes. There were several pipe connections between new and old where they never actually connected them so water was just pouring out of the pipes every time we would use the sink. They also left a huge mess where they had to punch a hole in the wall to access the plumbing. They ruined the wine fridge unnecessarily. It would have been so easy for them to move it out of the way before working on the plumbing. I had to hire another plumber to come fix their mistakes because I didn’t trust that they wouldn’t mess something else up when they came back. Trust me you will save money in the long run

I am a senior and I am disabled I was told that they could do what I asked for without any problem they installed something completely different than what we had agreed upon I called several times to try to get this fixed they said they would take care of it they never did I believe they took advantage of me because I'm a senior and I'm disabled please do not use this company because they will lie to you right to your face and they will never finish what they promised you. My mistake was that I paid them because they assured me they would come back out and install what I was promised for the price I was quoted..well they lied and deceived me..about that as well. We had an excellent experience initially with the owner-Chris & Scott-plumber. They responded quickly & did great work. We had to order a part to complete the job (reverse osmosis system), and we scheduled the project. The plumber never showed up. The owner never responded to 2 calls with voicemails. Beyond frustrating when this happens.

Chris (owner) picked up on the first ring and had someone scheduled immediately. Scott showed up promptly the next morning, explained my options and had me up and running within an hour. Probably should have inquired about the cost at that point as in my opinion total cost was a bit pricey. That being said work was quality, and Scott answered all questions to my satisfaction.

My review, as the last one and several others I’ve read, honestly has nothing to do with his plumbing, but his lack of professionalism and neighborly, human duties. This man is our neighbor. His dog viciously attacked our brand new, timid rescue dog and ripped his tail off. Yes, completely off. Although I can say he never showed any sympathy or empathy, he did however agree to help us with our vet bills (whatever that means). After seven weeks of intense medical attention with our severely wounded pup, we attempted to call numerous times on the number HE gave us to call, we left messages, spoke with his secretary (who cursed at us and hung up on us), all to no avail.
