Took three weeks to get was supposed to be an itemized quote. I had to call three times to get an overall quote. We paid in full and never heard anything until we called once again two months later. They did not order enough material claiming our laundry room (approx. 9'x6' ) was not included in the quote although Beverly stood right there telling us how they would work around our water heater. So they completed the two bathrooms and kitchen saying there would be no extra charge to come back and do the laundry room. Two months later, and again after we initiated several calls, we set a date for two weeks which got delayed due to illnesses. It was finally installed and thought we were done with Michigan Tile. We had them put in new tile in our kitchen 3 years ago, we've had to call them back twice now to put more grout down because it wasn't there. This last time was at least 6 months ago, the grout is coming out in several spots. They came out to assess it, said they'd be in touch to come out and put more grout in, never seen or heard from them since. Under the name Finkbeiner

Great people to work with, she basically renovated the whole upstairs of her house for a very good price. She came by and gave the guys gift cards because she was so satisfied with their work.
