After a great experience with Ben for my spring A/C maintenance, I called Chrome again to do my fall/winter service. Not only was I offered a same-day appointment, but DJ was fast, thorough and even reassured me about a new noise my old system was making. The pricing was very affordable and I signed up for the annual maintenance membership to save even more next year on seasonal tune-ups and any necessary parts and equipment.

They added me to the schedule the same day, arrived promptly, and provided a great service and a great price. They were also friendly and courteous throughout my experience from scheduling to completion.

Fabulous experience with Chrome!!! Karen and DJ helped me immediately as needed as my Air Scrubber stopped working and needed replacing for my severe allergies. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding, knowledge, readiness, and sincere attention. They are my new go to folks!
