We were really satisfied with our experience with Chris and C.H.Solutions. He and his team worked professionally and efficiently to ready our house for sale. The services, including painting, carpentry/trim work and other necessary repairs, were completed to our satisfaction and at a reasonable price. Chris communicated regularly from start to finish. Chris established a schedule and price for the project upfront but was flexible enough to discuss/accept change orders during the project. There were no surprises. He/his team were polite, respectful and kept the work areas clean. We highly recommend Chris and C.H.Solutions for a job well done!
