Replaced a 32 year old gas package unit....I was highly impressed with everyone who stood ready to do whatever my husband and I decided to do with our old unit....no pressure whatsoever....just on ready stand-by to HELP get us a new unit hooked up and running....friendly & profesional and I never tire of pointing out their blue triangle THOMAS sign to anyone in the car with me as we drive down the highway and say THAT'S WHERE WE GOT OUR NEW UNIT FROM!
