We have used Putzig Plumbing for decades and have always been impressed by the service and integrity of the staff. We had a new shower system installed by Mark and Ian….beautiful work. I called the next day because water wasn’t getting hot (user error) Mike came out and showed me what my error was without making me feel like a fool. Putzig Plumbing will always be our first call. Was referred to this business by a friend. Called to inquiry about making an appointment for my garbage disposal not working for a while(finally had a chance to call someone). They were freakin amazing; sent a message via their website; expected to hear back by end of the the following week since it was Thursday. Rep called back within 2hrs and Mark was able to make time to check things out. Mark was friendly, professional and well informative for what was a jam in the disposal that I didn’t see. Will definitely utilize and refer them in the future. Thanks again; a great local business.

I highly recommend Chuck Putzig Plumbing. This is the third time we used this company. The owner and his team are professional, courteous, conscientious,and prompt. The plumbers arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. The owner, has fair, honest pricing. Both office schedulers were very patient/kind and explained things well. The whole team worked well with me. Much appreciated!
