Amazing experience! David came out to fix a couple of things. Professional, cheerful and a plumbing magician. Diagnosed two of the three issues with just a turn of the faucets. The third he offered a quick fix option or a longterm fix, which was so appreciated. Quick work and all is running perfectly again. Could not recommend enough. Love to have a local business to call on. Five stars, and I'd give more if I could!

We used David from Chuck the Plumber after using another known plumbing company (had a bad experience with other company) When my husband called to make the appointment, Chuck actually answered the phone and was very courteous. He arranged for David to come out. David was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly fixed our toilet, capped off plumbing and hooked up our steam component from our dryer. We are relieved and excited that we now have a plumber!

The owner Chuck had to come twice to our home to fix a bathroom leak. The first visit he assured me the leak was fixed but when we went to use the bathroom, water came pouring into our bottom floor- the leak wasn’t fixed at all. Upon his return, a week later, he admitted that he didn’t accurately check the overflow drain, which was the issue. During his first visit, he had also checked for leaks and issues in all bathrooms, so I mentioned to him that one of the bathroom sinks was still dripping and he should look at that again. He presented me with another huge bill. I wasn’t expecting to be charged again since he came to repair his own sloppy work.
