Chuck responded by text promptly even though he was busy. He met my neighbor the next day and was professional & efficient. He correctly diagnosed the dishwasher as a probable power surge which totaled it without trial & error parts etc. He easily repaired an added on task of a refrigerator icemaker issue. Moved to Hot Springs recently bought a home and within a few months the refrigerator, independent ice maker and water heater all either gave out or needed maintenance. Chuck has been reliable, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. I was actually very impressed with not only his work but his attitude and character. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why he’s doing it every step of the way. His prices were reasonable and I never once had to worry about him trying to deceive me into paying for something I didn’t need. He’s honest open and transparent. I highly recommend him. You just don’t find guys like this anymore, he takes great pride in his work and his service, making sure your happy with the job.

I gave Mr. Chuck a call due to my refrigerator/freezer not cooling. He came the next day, inspected, and fixed my fridge. He gave me a great price, great service!

Iam a repeat customer of Mr Chuck Thompson. There aren’t enough kind words for this wonderful man. My dryer went out - Mr Thompson had several other jobs and he still came and fixed my dryer same day . My dryer was hooked up completely wrong and it’s a wonder it didn’t catch on fire or kill someone - it was the scariest situation. Mr Thompson fixed all the wiring and the timer as well . Every thing happens for a reason and Our Good Lord sent Mr Thompson to me.Mr Thompson is a very very fair man that never over charges and has saved me several hundred dollars over the years . Chuck wasn't able to catch my initial call but called back a short time later and told me he could be there in about 30 minutes. He texted back about 20 minutes later and said he'll be there in 5 minutes. He arrived and fixed the ice machine in a very timely manner. He was a very nice guy and I highly suggest his services.
