Chuck's Heating & A/C

My old unit was leaking refrigerant badly, it was time to make that decision. I called Chucks, and they sent out a young man who evaluated my problem and gave me the options. Could try to fix the old one, but sometimes it's not worth the trouble..or install a new one. I told them I wanted to go for a new one. Austin fixed my old one to get me through the weekend and since I was going for a new one he did not charge me for that visit. I thought that was extremely nice. On Monday, first thing, there was a small crew who removed the old one and installed a new one and I have been very happy since. Quick and professional crew, I would highly recommend!!!!

Chuck’s HVAC is over the top wonderful! Rob is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PATIENT and works hard to solve tricky problems. He has cross-over knowledge which is super important in HVAC because there is rarely a one size fits all solution. He investigates thoroughly until he figures out the problem and does not make assumptions or look for the easy way out. Diane in the office is WONDERFUL! She makes the caller feel special and is super organized and always follows up! She works really hard to schedule the calls and does exactly what she says she is going to do. I would give them way more than 5 stars if I could! I had a really complicated issue in Georgetown that took several days. I really could not believe the service that Rob and Diane provided.
