Had a NASTY experience yesterday because l was waiting for a time period change that would entitle me to paying a lower parking rate. The attendant that was on duty, a glasses wearing hispanic male whose name l didn’t get, more or less would have bitten off my head if he had that option. Was screaming that l leave and return in 2 minutes for the time of change to begin, 12 noon. I left and returned 2 minutes later only for him to fly off the handle when l asked if he was now ready to issue a drop off ticket for me. He had the audacity to tell me he declined accepting my car and that l should find another parking garage for that day and going forward. All this because l stalled checking my car in after arriving a couple of minutes earlier. How he would think he could withhold a public

In May of 2023, I accidentally left a lot of while paying my bill. There was only 2 attendants there at the time. When I realized I left the money there, one of the attendants said he didn't see any money. I contacted the company and requested to see the video, and refused to contact me. I took them to Court, and they lost. The Judge rewarded me the money, and until this day they refuse to pay me. I'm still in the process of getting my money.

Under no circumstances should ANYONE park here. The system brakes constantly and the technicians do not care at all. Management is unreachable. THey dont reimburse ur money. One of the worst places in all of Ny

Horrible place. Only came here bc my usual parking garage I go to was filled so didn’t have any other choice. Young kid who took my vehicle in had ear pods on and smelled of weed. That should’ve been the first clue to get out of there but was running late for a few errands so time was ticking. Left it and told him I would be back at 8:30pm and asked also if the church I go to would give the parking discount which he said he believes so. Fast forward later that evening come to get my vehicle and now 2 new people are working there. Older black male who no personality at all said they couldn’t give me the discount bc I stayed too long in their garage which made no sense at all. Couldn’t wait to get my vehicle and leave. 03/24/25 Under new management, the business has brought on a fantastic team. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, making every interaction a pleasure. This was a few years ago: The management is rude! I am a monthly customer; my car is all dented (side driver's door). Since I park there for 7 months now, every day, I left my new pair of glasses (DITA) in the glove compartment (was planning to see my optician after work) - they (glasses) are gone, disappeared! and Management is giving me an attitude about it. P.S. Some of the parking attendants are great, wonderful people, though... to bad that the management is so unprofessional. There are many garages in the area, just do yourselves a favor, look for another garage.
